In this role you will guide Business Resilience & Digital Risk initiatives for clients in Rome, helping safeguard information assets and ensure continuity. You will shape cyber, physical security, and resilience strategies within a cross-functional team, aligning with leading risk frameworks. You will drive AI risk governance, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of business continuity and crisis management capabilities. This position offers a collaborative, dynamic environment with opportunities to influence client outcomes and the practice’s growth. Responsabilità

Define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks in Cyber & Physical Security and Business Resilience using frameworks like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and CER Directive

Manage AI risk posture, advising on governance and compliance frameworks for AI solutions

Conduct risk assessment and quantification using data analysis and automated reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

Design and implement Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management systems with ongoing improvement

Perform Business Impact Analyses to identify interruption scenarios and craft continuity plans

Develop risk indicators and dashboards (KRI, KCI, KPI) for ongoing monitoring

Create innovative decision-support tools (e.g., using AI, Power Automate, Python)

Collaborate with other practices to deliver Integrated Risk strategies and solutions

Evolve value proposition and lead the delivery team on engagements

Support megatrend analyses to anticipate future risk impacts

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics

Proven experience in Risk Management

Excellent command of Microsoft 365

Fluent in Italian and English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Teamwork and coaching mindset

Good commercial and business development skills

Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301) are a plus
