Gas Turbine Carbon Capture Product Leader (d/f/m)

Overview

In this role you will lead the multi-generation Product Plan for post-combustion carbon capture technologies tailored for gas turbines. You will collaborate with CCUS Platform, CTS, GTE, IPG, EE strategy, and engineering to drive NPD programs and pilot projects. You’ll manage external partners and coordinate with sales and customers to accelerate market adoption. You will shape the value proposition and roadmap from market insights to commercialization, balancing technical and commercial success. This role offers impact across decarbonization initiatives and strategic partnerships within a global energy context.

Responsabilità

Define and execute the Multigeneration Product Plan for post-combustion CCUS for gas turbines

Prioritize and lead New Product Development programs from scope to budget and execution

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet cost and schedule targets

Lead customer engagement strategies and coordinate with Sales, Key Accounts, and Commercial teams

Define customer KPIs and product/solution requirements (costs, lead time, capture rate)

Align product plans with Engineering, BH CCUS, CTS, EE GT strategy; manage technology validation, scale-up, and integration programs

Support commercial alliances and partnerships with customers to accelerate market adoption

Provide inputs on technical and economic value propositions and support budget proposals

Promote CCUS technologies through conferences and internal knowledge sharing

Manage pilot projects and ensure alignment with broader NPD and R&T programs

Requisiti fondamentali

BSc. or MSc. in chemical or mechanical engineering

10+ years in Product Leadership and/or Project Management

Experience with gas turbine systems and related processes

Exposure to contract management with customers/third parties

Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills

Self-starter with proactive problem-solving

Knowledge of technical, contractual and financial aspects
