Operations Lead - Compliance & Rider Ops (Italy)

Glovo Group in Italy seeks an Operational Compliance & Rider Operations Lead to shape local operations and boost rider experience during rapid growth. You will own compliance with Italian regulations, manage union relations, and oversee rider onboarding, support, and billing processes.
