Overview

In this role you will support the Head of Finance across the Eu

Can cluster, turning financial data into actionable insights for regional commercial performance. You’ll partner with country Finance and Commercial leaders to drive planning, forecasting, and decision-making, while building dashboards and reports for senior leadership. You’ll champion data quality, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration to enable growth and operational excellence. This is a highly visible, impact‑driven role with exposure to senior stakeholders and a mission to improve patient outcomes.

Responsabilità

Provide financial analyses, insights, and recommendations for leadership discussions

Assess performance trends, identify risks/opportunities

Create executive materials and management reports to support decisions

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles across Eu

Can markets

Perform variance analyses and identify key drivers

Consolidate market inputs for accurate financial information

Monitor KPIs and support dashboard development

Drive data quality, planning templates, and reporting automation

Coordinate planning timelines across markets and FP&A teams

Build cross-functional partnerships with country Finance, FP&A, Finance Operations, and Commercial stakeholders

Evolve the Finance Business Partnering model with stronger insights, storytelling, and business impact

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Approximately 5+ years in finance roles (FP&A, business partnering, reporting, or related)

Experience in biopharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing preferred

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to turn data into insights

Experience with reporting/visualization tools; Power BI advantageous

Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple countries and stakeholder groups

CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA advantageous

Fluent English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) desirable
