Responsabilità

Identify client issues and form hypotheses for analysis

Design and conduct analyses; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations

Engage in problem solving and client engagements with coaching from mentors

Participate in structured capability-building and functional training

Collaborate across multiple client projects and industry service lines

Develop expertise in one of six operations areas: manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain management, or capital excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree

Initial experience in product development (e.g., optimization, R&D project leadership, supplier management)

Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities

Mobility and willingness to work on European assignments

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English and the local office language
