Overview

In this role you will support the redesign of public service delivery through digital strategies and process modernization. You will work within KPMG’s Government team to help Italian public administrations drive change, improve user experiences, and implement performance frameworks. The position offers exposure to cross-functional projects, a culture of training, and opportunities to contribute to large-scale digital transformation in the public sector. You will collaborate with officials and managers to deliver tangible public value in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilità

Develop and implement digital strategies supporting transformation efforts in tourism, territorial promotion, and digital communication

Redesign citizen/user experiences and streamline service delivery processes

Structure service delivery and the supporting information systems

Create performance management frameworks

Engage in demand management and functional/business requirements analysis

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Economics, Tourism Economics, or Management Engineering

Over 2 years of experience, preferably with a consulting firm or PA support

Studies focused on business organization/administration, finance and control/public administration/digital transformation/public procurement

Excellent knowledge of English, study/work abroad preferred
