Senior Product Manager - Public APIs

Overview

In this role you own the Public API strategy and governance, shaping how Qonto connects with partners, MCP, and Qonto Embed. You’ll drive platform thinking to standardize endpoints, empower cross-team delivery, and enable self-serve access for partners. You guide roadmap decisions, balancing growth with reliability, to turn connectivity into a scalable growth engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that connects product, engineering, and external developers.

Responsabilità

Define and own the Public API strategy and roadmap

Establish a shared framework for consistent endpoint exposure across teams

Partner with PMs and engineering managers to align priorities and embed API needs into roadmaps

Improve API usability and governance to support growth for MCP and Qonto Embed

Collaborate with engineers on API documentation and developer portal

Engage with stakeholders to communicate plans and impact across teams

Navigate technical topics with API documentation and hands-on API work

Foster cross-functional leadership and drive a cohesive API-facing product direction

Requisiti fondamentali

Solid product management experience with ownership of a product used by multiple teams

API/technical sensitivity; experience with API, integrations, platform, or developer-facing products

Strong stakeholder management and influence without formal authority

Clear communication with PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders; consider impact on all teams
