Team Leader II

Overview

As Team Leader in production, you guide and coordinate activities across one or more production areas to meet departmental goals. You’ll work under the Production Supervisor to develop personnel skills and responsiveness, ensuring safety, attendance, and policy adherence. You will provide timely feedback on performance and assist in resolving urgent issues, while contributing to process flow and reporting. This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on management to drive efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsabilità

Drive departmental goals by communicating objectives and organizational directives

Maximize employee participation and maintain safety and policy compliance

Ensure punctual attendance and active engagement in assigned departments

Provide immediate performance feedback and assist in resolving safety, attendance, and conduct issues

Contribute to reporting on manufacturing/production, performance, and process flow

Accurately record time and attendance in the data collection system

Manage multiple responsibilities with a facilitative leadership approach

Collaborate with Production Supervisor to achieve department goals

Receive objectives and set corresponding goals to meet them

Requisiti fondamentali

Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering

4 years of related experience

Knowledge of manufacturing/production operations and leadership capability

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to work in shifts

Proficiency in SAP related to time/attendance and material transactions (preferred)
