People Experience & Payroll Partner

Overview

As Payroll Partner Italy, you will act as the subject matter expert and operational lead for end-to-end payroll across Colgate-Palmolive entities in Italy. You will ensure 100% payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless processing across diverse agreements and employee groups. You will partner with HR and Finance to support budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement. This role offers influence over payroll delivery in a cross-functional setting and a chance to optimize processes within a global consumer goods leader.

Responsabilità

Lead end-to-end Italian payroll execution for ~600 employees across entities

Validate payroll inputs across commercial and plant populations with complex components

Audit and reconcile with external payroll providers to ensure SOX-compliant, defect-free processing

Own CCNL and regulatory management, including paperwork for lifecycle events

Oversee external payroll vendors, ensuring data accuracy and timely communications

Maintain SAP HR/Success

Factors configurations and collaborate with Finance on payroll accounting and budgeting

Support labor inspections and compliance audits, and respond to payroll data requests

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of progressive payroll management and benefits administration in Italy

Deep knowledge of Italian CCNLs, INPS/INAIL, and local tax structures

Proficiency with SAP HR and Success

Factors; Google Suite

Strong analytical mindset for payroll budgeting and accounting

Fluent Italian and English, excellent communication skills

Experience managing external payroll vendors and SOX controls
