Responsabilità
Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging knowledge of Banca Corrispondente procedures and the mainframe environment.
Perform functional analysis on the Banca Corrispondente application and related software programs.
Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in functional support and business analysis within application or software environments.
Good understanding of mainframe systems and operational procedures.
Knowledge of the Banca Corrispondente process or similar banking operations.
