Senior/Lead Software Engineer - Technical Enablement

Overview

In this role, you support the Technical Enablement function within Sim

Corp’s Value Stream Management Office to standardize practices and accelerate value delivery. You’ll enable efficient, scalable delivery by shaping configuration management, tests, and infrastructure readiness across value streams. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to reduce friction, improve resilience, and onboard new squads. Responsabilità

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction

Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects

Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a Dev

Ops approach

Monitor, react to, and debug failing tests

First level tech support on infrastructure, tools and processes

Manage end-to-end infrastructure

Develop tools to support integrated tests

Requisiti fondamentali

Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience

Experience with Dev

Ops principles, CI/CD and Power

Shell scripting

Azure networking and related certifications

Dev

Ops mindset and belief in test driven development

Practical experience with Azure technologies (Azure Dev

Ops pipelines, Function apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB)

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform)

Ability to drive transformation and learn business processes
