Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role combines technical expertise with a focus on driving business growth by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and technologies.Engage with customers and the sales team to build strong professional relationships.Acting as a bridge between the Technical and Sales aspects of the business.Address customer needs and provide technical solutions that address their challenges.Collaborate with the Engineering, Project Manager, Sales teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.Prepare commercial offers and select suitable products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in industrial products with technical content.Technical experience in an industrial or mechanical or machinery manufacturing and similar field.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical/mechanical diplomaProficient in the Italian language.Basic knowledge of the English language.The ideal candidate is a team player who is open-minded and skilled in building strong customer relationships.
